Here are the answers to all your questions about our new annual pass.

Q: With the Annual Passport, can I visit the park as many times as I want?
Yes! You can visit the park as many times as you want, within the validity period of your pass and according to the category. In the more economical Bronze category, you cannot visit the park on Saturdays and holidays.

Q: I still have my Annual Passport. Does it remain valid?
Yes, your access to Beto Carrero World remains guaranteed until the expiration of your current pass.

Q: I have the old Annual Passport and want to switch to the new one. Is there a discount?
Contact the Sales Center now to check out the advantages of upgrading to the new annual passes in advance. If your current pass has expired, you will need to purchase a new pass.

Q: What are "extra events," and why aren't they included in the annual pass?
Extra events are special events that may happen at the park and are not included in the regular access; they require an additional ticket for entry.

Q: Can I lend my pass to someone else?
No. The pass is personal and non-transferable.

Q: Are the new Annual Passes sent by mail?
No, Beto Carrero World Annual Passes are digital. After payment, you will receive the pass in PDF format via email, along with a registration link. You can also register your annual pass on the Beto Carrero World app for easy access to the park’s entrance.

Q: Will I get discounts on promotional actions at the park when I buy an Annual Pass?
No. The Annual Pass is not cumulative with other discounts.

Q: Can I buy any pass in installments?
Yes! Passes can be paid in up to 10 installments with no interest. Check the website to buy yours now!

Q: Can I sell benefits from the Gold or Silver Passports?
Selling benefits from the Annual Passports of Beto Carrero World is prohibited. If fraud is detected, the pass will be canceled with no right to a refund.

Q: How do I collect benefits from the Silver and Gold Passports?
Benefits must be collected directly at our ticket counters before entering the park. They will be given based on availability for the day. If unavailable, you can use them on your next visit.

If you have the Silver Annual Passport, pay attention to the following rules:

Courtesy for 2 guests for one day of visit per year. Guest courtesy must be picked up 30 days after purchase. To pick up the courtesy for your guests, the passport holder must be present for biometric reading. It is mandatory to validate the passport at the access turnstiles on the same day of the visit before your guests can enter.

Courtesy for 2 VIP areas per year for the passport holder, subject to availability on the day (limited quantities). Check the VIP area rules. VIP area courtesy is subject to availability on the day of the visit. If sessions are sold out, the passport holder must use the benefit on another day. No exchanges are allowed in case of No-Show. Check the VIP area rules.

Standard Parking for all visits, subject to availability on the day (limited quantities). To release parking, you need to validate the annual passport at the turnstiles. Use the passport QR code at the gates to access parking (1 parking spot per day).

Valid for one year from the date of purchase, except on dates with special events. Check our operating calendar.

Heads up! No more physical cards! After filling out the passport with your details, download it through the BCW+ app. On the day of your visit, just show the QR code of your passport on the app at the entrance and enjoy the park attractions.

Children up to 4 years and 11 months old don’t need to pay for the access passport, as long as they present an original ID or birth certificate. This rule doesn’t apply to optional paid attractions, which must be purchased in advance.

The passport is not cumulative with other promotions or discounts and does not include gratuities or complimentary tickets.

Passports are personal and non-transferable.

Purchases made on the day of your visit (either online or at the ticket counter) will not be considered as early purchases.

Important: For security reasons, any non-in-person transactions may require a photo of the front and back of the original ID with a selfie of the cardholder holding the same document.

Attention: The company reserves the right to change the quantity and schedule of attractions and electronic equipment for safety, weather conditions, or force majeure reasons without prior notice. Check our maintenance calendar.

If you have the Gold Annual Passport, be aware of the following rules:

If sessions are sold out, the passport holder must use the benefit on another day. No exchanges are allowed in case of No-Show. Check the Fast Pass rules.
