To make a reservation, download the BCW+ app from digital platforms. Scheduling is available 5 days prior to your visit date.
The park offers free wheelchair service, subject to limited availability, located at the storage service in the Castelo das Nações. To borrow a wheelchair, visitors must fill out a form and leave a R$ 50 deposit in cash, which will be refunded at the end of the visit upon return of the wheelchair.
Another option is the rental of a VIP Scooter (motorized wheelchair), which is a paid service, subject to availability. Prices start at R$ 300.00, varying according to the season.
Our app is available for free on Android and iPhone smartphones. It allows you to register your access tickets, opt-in services, and parking payment, as well as view the park map.
