The Premium Tour Includes:

Limited availability per day;
Passports are personal and non-transferable;
Fixed price, valid for 01 to 08 people;
Children up to 1 year and 11 months enter free upon presentation of original ID or birth certificate;
Not cumulative with other promotions, agreements, benefits, or discounts;
Valid only for advance purchases, subject to availability;
Payment methods: Credit card (installments according to current policy) or PIX;
The group representative must complete the mandatory form with the telephone attendant;
The itinerary will be tailored according to the age group and profile of the visitors;
Access to attractions and exclusive visits only with the guide, show producers, and biologists;
Optional attractions are charged separately;
All items included in the Premium Tour must be used on the same day of the visit; no refunds available.

Notes:

After purchase, the person responsible for payment must send a photo of the original ID and a selfie. If not sent in advance, it may be requested on the day of the visit;
No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled;
The parking ticket must be presented printed or in PDF format on an electronic device directly at the vehicle access gate;
The park access passport must be presented printed or in PDF format on an electronic device directly at the turnstiles;
The company reserves the right to change programming, quantity, attraction schedules, and electronic equipment without prior notice due to safety, weather conditions, or force majeure.
