Access Pass to the Park and Optional Attractions:
The CDC (Consumer Defense Code) guarantees the right of regret within 7 calendar days after the purchase date, as long as the product has not been used or redeemed.
For purchases made through our website, cancellation requests must be submitted via email to:
suporteonline@betocarrero.com.br
The request should be made from the same email used during the purchase and must include the order number and the reason for the cancellation.
Since this is a unique product, no refund or credit voucher will be issued for the 2nd day of the 2-day pass. The 2nd day must be used within 7 calendar days after the 1st visit date (on open park days).
Some optional attractions have specific cancellation conditions, which should be reviewed in the information of each product. These may not be applicable to the 7-day withdrawal policy.
Dear Visitor,
If you have any type of illness, disability (whether physical or mental, temporary or permanent), or use fixed or movable prostheses, please verify the restrictions of the attractions before purchasing your pass. Each ride has specific characteristics and technical standards that must be followed. For safety reasons, the restrictions take into account the physical structure of the user and their health condition at the time.
AUTOPISTA
ATTENTION:
• Check your height before entering the line. Seek a monitor at the ride's exit.
• Height allowed: from 1.20m. For people between 1.10m and 1.19m, only if accompanied.
• The use of a seatbelt is mandatory.
• Attraction may be paused in bad weather conditions.
• Hold onto your belongings tightly, as we are not responsible for forgotten or damaged items.
• People with physical or mental disabilities should be presented to the monitors, who will provide the necessary instructions.
• No employee is authorized to disregard safety regulations.
• Wait for the monitors' instructions for boarding and disembarking.
• Maximum capacity: 2 people per cart.
NOT ALLOWED:
• Children under 1.10m in height.
• Pregnant women and children in arms.
• Saving spots in the line.
• People with epilepsy, casted limbs, labyrinthitis, claustrophobia, recent surgeries or fractures, metal implants, heart problems, back, leg or other medical issues, intoxicated, or in poor physical or psychological condition.

• Entering wet, in swimwear, without a shirt, with a selfie stick, and/or barefoot.

BABY ELEFANTE
ATTENTION:
• Check your height before entering the line. Look for a monitor at the ride's exit.
• People under 1.20m in height must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Children up to 12 years old must wear a seatbelt.
• Children in arms are allowed if the responsible adult wears the seatbelt.
• Attraction may be paused in bad weather conditions.
• This attraction may cause discomfort, dizziness, and nausea.
• Hold onto your belongings tightly, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
• People with special needs should be presented to the monitors, who will provide the necessary instructions.
• People with casted limbs can use the equipment if properly secured.

• Raise your arms for the automatic closure and opening of the safety locks.

• Maximum capacity: 45 people, 5 per bench.

• Remember to remove your belongings from the baskets when leaving the ride. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

• If you wear prosthetics, they must be removed.
• No employee is authorized to disregard safety regulations.
• For boarding and disembarking, wait for the monitors' instructions.
