• The Big Wheel Giant Wheel attraction is located in Balneário Camboriú; • Purchase the Entrance Passport at least 1 day in advance of your visit to get a special price; • Since it is a unique product, no refunds or credits are offered for the products purchased in the combo. It must be used within 7 days from the date of the 1st visit (on days the park is open); • THE SPECIAL BIG WHEEL TICKET is for children aged 5 to 12 years, people aged 60 or more, active teachers, PWD/disabled individuals and companions, and military personnel from the state of SC; • Operating hours: Friday to Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM; Thursday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Closed on Wednesdays. YOUR TICKET IS INDIVIDUAL AND ENTITLES YOU TO A RIDE IN A SHARED CABIN WITH UP TO 5 MORE PEOPLE (A TOTAL OF 6 PEOPLE PER CABIN). FOR EVERYONE’S COMFORT AND SAFETY: • It is forbidden to board in swimwear, barefoot, or without a shirt. • It is forbidden to board with items such as beach chairs, coolers, and surfboards. • It is forbidden to access the park with external food or drinks. • Personal items, backpacks, and bags are allowed on board. • Children up to 4 years old do not need a ticket if accompanied by a paying adult. Proof of age may be required. • Plan ahead: the Big Wheel ride lasts from 15 to 22 minutes depending on technical and weather conditions without prior notice. • Weight limit: 400kg per cabin. • After purchase, print your e-ticket and present it at the attraction’s counter on the day of the visit with the document used for the purchase (ID or CPF). • Important: For security reasons, at any time, for non-in-person transactions, a photo of the front and back of the original document with a selfie of the cardholder holding the same document may be requested. • Weather conditions may lead to temporary suspension of activities.
