• The Big Wheel attraction is located in Balneário Camboriú. • Purchase the Entrance Pass at least 1 day in advance of your visit date to get a special price. • As this is a unique product, no refunds or credits are given for products purchased in the combo. It must be used within 7 days from the date of the first visit (on park open days). • Operating Hours: Friday to Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM; Thursday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Wednesday: Closed. YOUR TICKET IS INDIVIDUAL AND GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO RIDE IN A SHARED CABIN WITH UP TO 5 OTHER PEOPLE (TOTAL OF 6 PAX PER CABIN). FOR THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF ALL: • It is forbidden to board in swimwear, barefoot, or without a shirt. • It is prohibited to board with items such as beach chairs, coolers, and surfboards. • It is forbidden to enter the park with external food and beverages. • Personal items, backpacks, and bags are allowed on board. • Children up to 4 years old do not need a ticket as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult. Proof of age may be required. • Plan ahead: the ride on the Big Wheel can last from 15 to 22 minutes, depending on technical and weather conditions, without prior notice. • Weight limit of 400kg per cabin. • After purchasing, print the e-ticket and present it at the attraction counter on the day of the visit along with the ID used for the purchase (ID card or CPF). • Important: For security reasons, at any time, when dealing with a non-presential transaction, you may be asked for a photo of the front and back of the original document with a selfie of the cardholder holding the same document. • Weather conditions may lead to the temporary suspension of activities. In this case, the venue reserves the right to resume operations only when conditions ensure safety and comfort. IN CASE OF NO-SHOW, THE PRODUCT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
