Notes
• On the day of your visit, guests must present their Entry Passport (E-ticket) either printed or in PDF format on an electronic device directly at the turnstiles, along with the ID used during the purchase; • People with disabilities, seniors, and pregnant women have priority service. Please speak to a staff member for assistance; • Download your passports directly from the BCW+ App and present them at the turnstiles through the App. They can also be presented in PDF format on an electronic device or printed; • Children up to 4 years old have free access upon presentation of an original ID or birth certificate; • From the age of 12, an official ID is required for entry; • Passports are personal and non-transferable.

• Promotion valid for advance purchases made until 27/02/2025, according to the selected date and availability; • Limited quantities per batch — each new batch may have price adjustments without prior notice; • Valid only for the selected date at the time of purchase. It cannot be used on a different date without a prior change request.
