Notes
- On the day of the visit, the customer must present the Entrance Passport (E-ticket) either printed or in PDF format on an electronic device directly at the turnstiles, along with the document used for the purchase. - People with disabilities, seniors, and pregnant women have priority in service. Please consult a monitor. - Download your passports directly in the BCW+ APP and present them via the app at our access turnstiles. They can also be presented in PDF format on an electronic device or printed. - Children up to 4 years old do not need to pay for the access passport when presenting their original ID or birth certificate. - From 12 years old, it is mandatory to present an identity document. - Passports are personal and non-transferable.
Restrictions
- Promotion valid for advance purchases until 02/27/2025, based on the selected date and availability. - Limited quantities per batch, and each new batch may have a price adjustment without prior notice. • The ticket is valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase, and it cannot be used on another date without a prior request for change. The price may change, and the difference must be paid to match the ticket value for that day. - Purchase the Entrance Passport at least 1 day before the visit to obtain a special price. Purchases made on the day of the visit are not considered advance purchases. - The non-promotional price is R$ 350.00 - applied even on the day of the visit. - Dear visitor, if you have any disease, disability (physical or mental – temporary or permanent), or use fixed or mobile prostheses, please check the restrictions of the attractions available at the park before purchasing your ticket.
