Notes
• On the day of your visit, you must present your Entry Passport (E-ticket) either printed or in PDF format on an electronic device directly at the turnstiles, along with the document used for the purchase. • People with disabilities, seniors, and pregnant women have priority service. Please consult a monitor. • Download your passports directly on the BCW+ app and present it at our turnstiles. It can also be shown in PDF format on an electronic device or printed. • Children up to 4 years of age do not pay for the access passport when presenting the original identity or birth certificate. • From 12 years old, an ID must be presented. • Passports are personal and non-transferable.
Restrictions
• Promotion valid for advance purchases until 08/29/2025, according to the selected date and availability; • Limited quantities per batch, with each new batch subject to price adjustments without prior notice; • The pass is valid only for the selected date at the time of purchase and cannot be used on a different date without prior modification request. The price may change, and the difference must be paid based on the pass value for the new date; • Dear visitor, if you have any type of illness, disability (physical or mental – temporary or permanent), or use fixed or mobile prostheses, please check the restrictions of the attractions before purchasing your pass.
