The character presentations last for 15 minutes, with a limited audience, subject to changes without prior notice, and scheduled times can be checked on the signs at the appearance locations:
Interaction with the Madagascar Team, Betinho Team, Shrek Team, Kung Fu Panda, Megamind, and Metroman at the Events Square from 10h to 11h30, after the Game Show at 9h30. Canceled on rainy days.
At various times throughout the day, our characters make appearances in other areas of the park. Check the location and time of your favorite character and rush to grab a photo!

In order to ensure the comfort and safety of all, Beto Carrero World prepares daily to welcome visitors based on the sales volume. Please check below our policy for cancellations.
Access Pass to the Park and Optional Attractions:
The CDC (Consumer Defense Code) guarantees the right of regret within 7 calendar days after the purchase date, as long as the product has not been used or redeemed.
For purchases made through our website, cancellation requests must be submitted via email to:
suporteonline@betocarrero.com.br
The request should be made from the same email used during the purchase and must include the order number and the reason for the cancellation.
Since this is a unique product, no refund or credit voucher will be issued for the 2nd day of the 2-day pass. The 2nd day must be used within 7 calendar days after the 1st visit date (on open park days).
Some optional attractions have specific cancellation conditions, which should be reviewed in the information of each product. These may not be applicable to the 7-day withdrawal policy.
Don’t let a little rain spoil your fun! At Beto Carrero World, the fun is guaranteed even on rainy days!
However, in case of heavy rain or strong winds, some attractions may temporarily close for safety reasons. But don't worry, the park offers many covered attractions for you to enjoy all day long. And to stay dry while you have fun, you can purchase rain ponchos at the park's shops.
