In order to ensure the comfort and safety of all, Beto Carrero World prepares daily to welcome visitors based on the sales volume. Please check below our policy for cancellations.
Access Pass to the Park and Optional Attractions:
The CDC (Consumer Defense Code) guarantees the right of regret within 7 calendar days after the purchase date, as long as the product has not been used or redeemed.
For purchases made through our website, cancellation requests must be submitted via email to:
suporteonline@betocarrero.com.br
The request should be made from the same email used during the purchase and must include the order number and the reason for the cancellation.
Since this is a unique product, no refund or credit voucher will be issued for the 2nd day of the 2-day pass. The 2nd day must be used within 7 calendar days after the 1st visit date (on open park days).
Some optional attractions have specific cancellation conditions, which should be reviewed in the information of each product. These may not be applicable to the 7-day withdrawal policy.
Beto Carrero World offers a diverse range of food options. Throughout the park, you'll find places to eat, ranging from tasty snacks to ice cream, popcorn, treats, and themed restaurants serving Italian or Mexican food. Everything you need to satisfy your hunger with great flavors while having fun — just choose your option!
The entry of food or beverages is not allowed. In case of dietary restrictions, we recommend presenting a medical report confirming your need directly at the access turnstiles. This will allow you to bring in your own food for consumption.
We offer the Baby Care Space, with complete, modern, and cozy infrastructure. Parents can take care of their little ones in a comfortable environment, with areas for breastfeeding, feeding, changing diapers, as well as a space for rest and relaxation.
Access will be allowed for animals such as guide dogs or small breed dogs, provided that appropriate accessories for transportation are used, such as collars, bags that support the weight of the animal, and strollers.
Owners must be attentive and mindful of hygiene, safety, and noise in public areas.
In places like performances and rides, access is not allowed for hygiene and safety reasons.
To ensure a day full of fun, relaxation, and joy, we suggest you leave your pet at home.
Maximum allowed weight: up to 5kg.
Access with other species of animals is not permitted.
