Access passports purchased through our website must be filled in with the full name, CPF number and date of birth of the person who will be using the passport and/or optional passport, which is non-transferable.

For children up to the age of 12 who do not have a CPF, you can fill in the number of their birth certificate in the “document” field, which they must present at our access turnstiles. From the age of 12, an identity document is essential and compulsory.

After filling in the passport with your details, download it from the BCW+ APP. On the day of your visit, just show your passport's qr-code at the turnstile via the APP and enjoy the park's attractions;

Attractions open: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Be aware of the opening and closing times for some attractions:

Portal of Darkness: 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM;

Horror Makeup: 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM;

DinoMagic Railway: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM;

Other attractions: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The queues for the rides close at 6pm, and they run until the last visitor has had their fun.

With everyone's comfort and safety in mind, Beto Carrero World prepares every day to receive the public according to the volume of sales, check out our cancellation policy below.

The CDC (consumer protection code) guarantees the right to withdraw within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase, once the product has not been used and downloaded.

For purchases made through our website, cancellation must be requested via e-mail: suporteonline@betocarrero.com.br

The request must be made by the same e-mail address registered at the time of purchase and the order number and reason for cancellation must be provided.

As this is a single product, there is no refund or letter of credit for the 2nd day of the 2-day passport, and the 2nd day must be used within 7 calendar days of the date of the 1st visit (on open park days).

Some optional attractions have specific cancellation conditions, which should be noted in the product information, and may not apply to the 7-day cancellation policy.

Cancellation can be requested at least 72 hours before check-in at the hotel and up to 7 calendar days after the date of payment, by e-mail only: suporteonline@betocarrero.com.br

Except for commemorative dates and public holidays. In these situations, the possibility of cancellation will be checked with the hotel.
