In order to ensure the comfort and safety of all, Beto Carrero World prepares daily to welcome visitors based on the sales volume. Please check below our policy for cancellations.
Access Pass to the Park and Optional Attractions:
The CDC (Consumer Defense Code) guarantees the right of regret within 7 calendar days after the purchase date, as long as the product has not been used or redeemed.
For purchases made through our website, cancellation requests must be submitted via email to:
suporteonline@betocarrero.com.br
The request should be made from the same email used during the purchase and must include the order number and the reason for the cancellation.
Since this is a unique product, no refund or credit voucher will be issued for the 2nd day of the 2-day pass. The 2nd day must be used within 7 calendar days after the 1st visit date (on open park days).
Some optional attractions have specific cancellation conditions, which should be reviewed in the information of each product. These may not be applicable to the 7-day withdrawal policy.
Our app is available for free on Android and iPhone smartphones. It allows you to register your access tickets, opt-in services, and parking payment, as well as view the park map.

Yes, to use the service, you need to connect to either a mobile network or Wi-Fi on your smartphone.

To use the service, you need an Android or iPhone smartphone with internet access and a valid phone number within the country.
Q: Is the service paid?
The service is free for all visitors who have purchased a Beto Carrero World pass, either through official or authorized sales channels. You must have a smartphone with internet access.
