Beto Carrero World is a place where everyone can have fun!
Wheelchairs must be picked up and returned exclusively at the Luggage Storage located in Castelo das Nações.
If you are a wheelchair user or planning a visit with someone who is, get ready for a day full of magic, inclusion, and unforgettable experiences.
Wheelchairs are not allowed to leave the park beyond the entrance turnstiles, and their use is restricted to the internal areas of the park only.
Beto Carrero World – The Largest Amusement Park in Latin America
Inaugurated on December 28, 1991, Beto Carrero World is today the largest and most complete amusement park in Latin America. The character presentations last for 15 minutes, with a limited audience, subject to changes without prior notice, and scheduled times can be checked on the signs at the appearance locations:
Interaction with the Madagascar Team, Betinho Team, Shrek Team, Kung Fu Panda, Megamind, and Metroman at the Events Square from 10h to 11h30, after the Game Show at 9h30. Canceled on rainy days.
At various times throughout the day, our characters make appearances in other areas of the park. Check the location and time of your favorite character and rush to grab a photo!

In order to ensure the comfort and safety of all, Beto Carrero World prepares daily to welcome visitors based on the sales volume. Please check below our policy for cancellations.
Access Pass to the Park and Optional Attractions:
The CDC (Consumer Defense Code) guarantees the right of regret within 7 calendar days after the purchase date, as long as the product has not been used or redeemed.
For purchases made through our website, cancellation requests must be submitted via email to:
suporteonline@betocarrero.com.br
The request should be made from the same email used during the purchase and must include the order number and the reason for the cancellation.
Since this is a unique product, no refund or credit voucher will be issued for the 2nd day of the 2-day pass. The 2nd day must be used within 7 calendar days after the 1st visit date (on open park days).
Some optional attractions have specific cancellation conditions, which should be reviewed in the information of each product. These may not be applicable to the 7-day withdrawal policy.
People with disabilities, elderly individuals, and pregnant women (if they can enjoy the attraction) have priority access and should present themselves to the ride attendants and during presentations.
Each person with priority access is entitled to 1 (one) accompanying person for the attractions they will use, as long as there are no security restrictions for those attractions.

The park offers free wheelchair service, subject to limited availability, located at the storage service in the Castelo das Nações. To borrow a wheelchair, visitors must fill out a form and leave a R$ 50 deposit in cash, which will be refunded at the end of the visit upon return of the wheelchair.
Another option is the rental of a VIP Scooter (motorized wheelchair), which is a paid service, subject to availability. Prices start at R$ 300.00, varying according to the season.
Need to step out quickly because you forgot something in your car? No problem.
Stop by our self-service kiosk, located at Castelo das Nações, and issue your temporary exit pass valid for up to 20 minutes.
But keep an eye on the time! If you exceed this period, you will only be able to re-enter the park by purchasing a new passport.
Within the park, there are establishments that accept credit cards, debit cards, PIX, and others that only accept cash. Before making a purchase, be sure to check the available payment methods directly at the location.
We offer the Baby Care Space, with complete, modern, and cozy infrastructure. Parents can take care of their little ones in a comfortable environment, with areas for breastfeeding, feeding, changing diapers, as well as a space for rest and relaxation.
