The Fast Pass optional group allows you to access attractions more quickly. This group includes the Adrenaline Pass, Adventure Pass, and Family Pass.

To use the optional, follow these instructions:

• This product is an optional, and it is necessary to also purchase the entrance passport to use it (limited quantity);
• You must register the Fast Pass ticket of each visitor in the APP BCW+ and schedule the available time for the day, which will be released 5 days before the visit. When using the ticket at the attraction, simply show the QR Code on your phone to the operator at the start of the line, arriving 5 minutes in advance;
• You can register up to 10 Fast Passes, one for each visitor in your group. Remember, each visitor has an access passport and a personal, non-transferable Fast Pass;
• Each attraction has height classifications and restrictions;
• Not using all the special accesses allowed by the optional, either partially or totally, on the selected date will not entitle the visitor to any partial or full reimbursement, nor will it be allowed to be used on another date;
• By acquiring the optional, visitors must follow the established safety rules and procedures, as well as respect the operating hours of each attraction;
• For visitors over 60 years old, this product is not required;
• The special access locations for using the optional are identified with at least one of the following signs: Plate, Sticker, and/or Portal. These are the only possible access points for the attractions described above;
• Visitors from 0.80m in height are required to purchase this product; minors do not need it, provided that the responsible adult acquires the product and accompanies them;
• Important: For security, at any time, especially for non-in-person transactions, a front-and-back photo of the original ID with a selfie of the cardholder holding the document may be requested;
• Attention: The company reserves the right to change the number and time of attractions and electronic equipment due to safety reasons, weather conditions, or force majeure without prior notice. Check our maintenance calendar.

The entire park area is paved, and the main avenues are asphalted. Wheelchair users and one accompanying person can access the rides through the exit, avoiding queues, and can also request guidance from a monitor regarding ride restrictions. Some attractions have restrictions regarding recent surgeries, pins, plates, prosthetics, and casts. Visitors should inquire with the monitor of each ride for further information. The Tigor Mountain roller coaster and the optional Excalibur attraction are equipped with accessibility elevators, capable of supporting up to 250 kg.

If a wheelchair user cannot bring their own chair, we offer wheelchairs (subject to availability) that can be borrowed from our storage service. To obtain one, simply request it from a monitor or security personnel when accessing the Castelo das Nações.
